I picked up a couple cases of this stuff for $270 each. Supposedly from a defaulted LE contract.

Can anyone tell me what I have here? I use the ranger bonded hollow points in several calibers. These are solid truncated cone bullets with Ranger packaging, marked "Law Enforcement Ammunition."

Is it practice ammo sold to LE, or some special purpose stuff? What kind of velocity does it produce?
