I know it seems everyday I have a question! Thanks for being available on this forum, it's really helpful....
Question: Your opinion on the Shock Buffs? I currently use them in my 1911's as I am using duty HST +P loads and I feel they help reduce battering and make recoil a bit softer. Might just be my perception, but I do seem to get faster follow up with them in.

Personally, I no longer use the shock buffers. YMMV. Search of GT archives or posing a question in the 1911 section will get you lots more opinions pro & con.
