Spring that is!!
Thanks for the tip. Perfect timing too, my 1911PD is probably due. Always wanted standard guide rod on that gun. Win-win.
thanks for the linky.
I'll be trying one out too. Thanks!
only offered in 17lb, i run 18.5 in all my 1911's.
One guy posted this in his review. What the hell it will save him six springs a year. Either he is paranoid or something is wrong with his pistol
"I got this a couple months ago to try out, Its nice to drop it in and forget about it. Instead of worring about how many rounds are down range on the standard spring Ill just change this one out once a year. That should save me about 6 standard springs a year. I hope they offer a drop in setup for my Professional soon."
I'll have to give some a try after my two dozen or so Wolff and Tactical Springs run out.
Well I do put about 3000 rounds a month through it and I usually change the standard spring after 6000 rounds. So it will infact save me about 6 standard springs a year.
That's some serious trigger time.
And yes I am paranoid Okie.
not for commander size yet, too bad!
I guess you ain't paranoid my friend, that's a hella lot of rounds
Now that I know the WHOLE story I would say not my friend
