"Wilson Combat" Gets Into The Ammo Biz!

    If this has been noted, please excuse. I just found they were rolling their own.

    I've never been warm & fuzzy, with Hornady's XPT bullet for carry/duty. When they first came out, we found they penetrated greatly; expanded little. A good hunting design, to be sure.

    That's not all Wilson is loading, Barnes is in there, too; Gold Dot as well.

    Cor Bon & Thunder Ranch teamed-up...:whistling:

    I was pumped about the prices until I saw that they are 20 round boxes.


    10mm ammo just isn't going to be cheap anymore is it? :(

    And its all watered down. The 10mm velocity for 140 Tac XP is the same as the .40. Over priced ammo with a name on it. I would never pay $28 for a 20 round box of ammo with mediocre bullets (except the TAC XP is good) when I can get the exact same ammo from Hornady with a higher/same velocity at half the cost.
