I finally received my CQB with both a 9MM and 38Super barrel. Both calibers are proving to be both reliable and quite accurate. I have pretty much consolidated all my handguns to 9mm, however I have kept a TRS for 45acp fodder. Any other 9mm 1911 shooters out there? I'm in the process of working up loads for my Wilson. I have a couple pounds of N320 and a few K MG 124gr FMJ boolits. My CQB started out as a 38Super CQB that I won at auction on GunBroker. The pistol was a NIB 2004 build. Upon receiving the CQB and verifying it was indeed new I sent it off to Wilson. I had a 9mm barrel fit, gold bead front sight with plain black boot cut rear sight and an extra extractor fit. I received it back from Wilson in about 4 weeks. I have had it to the range 3 times now and have yet to have a malfunction in either configuration. I did my homework before purchasing a 9mm 1911 as I have heard horror stories regarding getting them to reliably run. Some run great from the factory and some not so great. However every Wilson owner I have spoken to or corresponded with on several forums had nothing but praise.
