Will a complete gen 3 slide work on Gen4 frame

    I have a gen 4 23 40 cal. Can I install a complete gen 3 slide & barrel on my gen 4 23 40 cal

    Gen 3 slide will go on a Gen4 frame but not the other way around. There will also be a gap in the dust cover by the recoil spring.

    I use my gen 3, G27 upper on my gen 4 G26 lower. I put in a .40 ejector and use the G27 mags when I do. It works fine.

    The subcompacts are a different ball game. There were no changes to the slide. The baby Glocks have always had the dual RSA.

    Yes mine have fired. I've never had a ejector issue either. I have dropped a factory 19 Barrel in my G23 and never had a issue either. I'm sure Glock would tell us not to do that, never a problem and accurate.
