Ir Obama was an R, and Romney was a D, most people here would vote for Obama.

For me, the company they keep is a major difference. If Barry leaves office, he takes a lot of socialists with him. We would of course be stuck with his SCOTUS picks for a long time.

But holder and a lot of others would get pink slips.

some refuse to see the "club" but, as you polnted out, it's right in front of them. it takes years of propaganda and programing to get them to that point and years to free ones self from it. when the "club" fears folks are waking up the the con, the say the triger words to put them back to sleep; pro-choice/life, pro/anti gun, pro/anti taxes and so on. i'm happy to say i have escaped "club think" and i am now a free man.

Nobody knows what Romney will do as president, so why can't the people who claim to be the last conservatives on Earth give him the benefit of the doubt?

I just can't see how those people see any good in trying to bring Romney down to Obama's level.

Could they be undercover Obama supporters sent here to discredit Romney?

    Sure looks that way!

And who, other than liberal progressives, believes anything put out by our own Pravda, the AP?

Of course they'll spin any possible "story" and opinion piece they can to try to favor their crown prince Barry........Their idea, and some are sheep stupid enough to fall for it and lap it up, "We may as well keep Barry, since they're the same and all........"

It's called grasping folks, and brainwashing the masses who refuse to do their own vetting.

I'm sure all the guys posting on glocktalk in the 1950's agree with you.

    Modern and humble. Good combination.

Please. The fact that you're voting for Romney, is proof that there's no one you won't vote for, so long as they have an R next to their name.

Anyone? That requires conjecture to believe.

But if you want to make a difference and change that, just campaign hard enough for another candidate to make sure they are the most likely to beat the dems. It's not our fault if your guy hasn't made it past the "viability" hurdle. Keep working hard, he could still get there.

    Lol! +1

Anytime someone is talking about how they think at a higher level, that's usually a good tune-out cue. I've never met an actual smart person who talked about how good they were at thinking.

Correct. There is a lot to be unsure about with Romney. He twists in the wind of what seems to be best for him at te moment. Barry on the other han has been straight in his pursuit of an uber left wing agenda.

Taking that into account, an unknown entity is better than a known bad entity. Not all will agree with that, but it is a reasonable approach.

Romney is not a good candidate, but even if he did lean as far left as Barry (which is unlikely), a first term Romney crapping on his base isn't going to get as far as a second term Barry feeding his base red meat, and he has already openly stated that he is going to get around congress anyway he can.

Paul is the straightest shooter, even though a couple
Of his targets are off the range. But Paul will have to become a viable alternative if he wants the pragmatic vote. Until then, he will keep promoting his values to his base, and maybe convince a few.

The only thing that is certain, is that this will be interesting to watch.

:wow: WOW! You are willing to support someone for president on this basis? This is nearly word-for-word what Nancy Pelosi said when campaigning for Obamacare.

Will you please stay home on election day? Doesn't Texas have some sort of mental fitness rule in order to vote?

You can't wait to pull that lever for Obama, can you?

At least I'll be voting for Romney.

Sounds like "We have to pass the bill so you can find out what's in it" who said that?

Reminds of a quote I just read from Buddy Roemer " Id rather be forced to watch every episode of Jersey Shore, than vote Romney or Obama"
