    Me too. August. Funny when I tell kids now that I was born before World War II, they say "World War what? Wadda ya mean we fought the Germans and the Japaneese? They are our friends."

    History was easier back then. There was less of it.:tongueout:

    Ike. My Dad was in the Army in Germany in 1952. His unit, the 4th Army Division had the honor of marching in revue before sending Ike home to run for President. Dad said it wasn't much of an honor, he says it seemed like they marched 25 miles that day.
