who shoots .40 in CT?

    Just curious if any of our CT members carry it.

    I think the State PD uses .40, or at least that is the impression I got. So it would make sense to carry .40 and match LE for liability reasons.

    I think a lot of police depts use it, I know ours does. I don't have it, 9mm or 38spl for me!

    A lot of PDs in the state use 40... but there are a number in our area that have, or are switching to 45acp. We switched from the 40 to the 45 last September.

    State Police carry Sig's in .40.

    I have a Glock 27, but don't carry it that often as I don't really like the .40 in a small gun, too much recoil.
