    I sure do miss it...

...but there is a great free online television site called Revision3.com. It is sure to fill all you geek and tech needs.

It is a great online resource, a few of the old TechTV people are on some of the shows.

    Check it out:

I remember it. I used to watch it until it was taken over by G4, and the emphasis swing from tech to gaming and entertainment.

Sarah Lane's "Download" segments on the "Screensavers" highlighted some of the best freeware downloads on the web.

That's where I first heard about "Synergy" and I've been using it ever since. So if it wasn't for that show I'd probably still have KVM switches and 300 cables wrapped around my desk.

Thinking about it now that was 5~6 years ago, I didn't realize it had been that long. I'll have to check out Revision3

    Yep, I remember it.

Some of those people are still around, mostly on Rev3.

i liked it when it was ZDtv. I liked the ScreenSavers when it was Leo, Kate and Pat. The kilt comments were always good for a laugh. And they showed how to built the best, but at a lower price point.

I loved TechTv. I even remember Leo as Tilde on "The Site" on MSNBC.

I watch a few shows on Rev3 every week (ROFL, Totally Rad Show, DiggNation) but to get your Leo Laporte fill go to live.twit.tv and watch him live all day.

I remember being in love with Morgan Webb and not quite sure why.

I also remember when the other girl accidentally leaked photos of herself topless on the internet.

Google search should come up with them. It was a bit ironic, considering she was the host of a computer-related tech show. What she didn't realize, was when you cropped a photo the thumbnail remained untouched. She uploaded the cropped photos and someone opened them in photoshop and noticed something... extra.

Edit: More on how it happened. http://graphicssoft.about.com/b/2003/07/26/techtvs-cat-schwartz-exposed-is-photoshop-to-blame.htm

I would gladly chip in for a hit man to kill the people who replaced screensavers with attack of the crap.

    The Screensavers ruled.

I was such a nerd/fan that I have an autographed picture from Leo and Kate in a frame in my computer room.

Comcast killed it. My favorite show was Silicon Spin with John C Dvorak. Fortunately, John has another internet show, Cranky Geeks, which is similar.
