Forgive me if this has been asked before.

Who is your favorite snub gunning hero from film or TV?

For me it is a toss up between Richard Roundtree as Shaft, or Bruce Willis as Joe Hollenbeck in The Last Boy Scout.

And no, you can't name yourself.

Had to get an inverted shoulder holster for my model 36 after seeing the movie.

Joe Mannix. 1st time I ever saw the behind the back carry. I thought that was so cool.

I guess I'll go with Rico Tubbs also.

My second choice would be Tony Baretta (Robert Blake), who always packed two snubbies -- one Mexican-carry, the other in his boot. That was the first instance I ever saw in a T.V. show of the hero actually carrying a BUG.

Lots of good choices. I'd vote for Maxwell Smart.

I guess Ken Hutchinson is out, as he's well known for his Big-A Python. He carried a snubby in the pilot.

IIRC, Barnaby Jones carried a 4" revolver, not a snub.

Yeah, I think it was a 2.5 Python or Diamondback, he did use a J frame in one episode, the one Glaser directed.
