Read the title and thought, I wonder about the guy they sent to Iraq.

It will be interesting to see if Holder gives in before the vote tomorrow.

A story far more explosive, deadly, and sinister than Watergate, and the MSM is treating it like a leper...

    Not to worry.

The longer they ignore it, the bigger bang it's going to make when it does hit the headlines.

    This will be Obama's Watergate.

Gee, you really think so? Why haven't they done anything about it, it's not like they haven't had time..oh, I forgot they were too busy investigating steroid use in MLB.

According to Fox News, Boehner has supposedly given Issa a green light to autonomously call up a contempt vote.

All congressional investigations of executive agencies start out with an unrealistic number of documents, which always leads to a compromise involving many less. As for not having much fire behind this investigation, Boehner hasn't been a big help, but the primary blame lies with most of the media who have been making a point of not keeping the fire supplied with fuel (outrage). The majority of the population has absolutely no clue how involved Holder seems to be in F&F and no clue as to the likely gun control plot behind it. Given the backlash over the Clinton impeachment proceedings, Republicans have to be careful not to overreach, even if there are multiple issues now far worse than what Clinton did.

I've certainly been no fan of Boehner for the past year and a half he's been speaker, but he's showing some early signs of toughening up a little. I'm sure he's seen national Tea Party groups get RINO's kicked out of office in various primaries. If he does somehow flake on this or other big issues, I'll donate whatever money I can spare to get him replaced when he's up for re-election. With this country's impending depression and/or bankruptcy, it's time for Democrats to be the ones reaching across the aisle.
