Which night sights should I get?

My G26 front sight has been dented recently and I'd like to replace the factory sights with night sights.

I'd like some rugged durable metal sights that will last and glow decently.

    Price doesn't matter.

    Any suggestions?

I've always used Mepro and never had a problem.

  3. Have Glock night sights on my 26 and they do just fine.
Not much of a sight radius on a 26, but it's for up close defense.
I do have Ameriglo's on a couple of other Glocks. Their front
sights can be had narrower than the Glock sights, so a little different
sight picture. I like them on my 17 and 21.
Ameriglo doesn't give the same discount as they use to, but good
    sights none the less.

I've switched to Trijicon HDs with the orange front dot outline on as many pistols as I can. Little spendy though.

I just put a set of Trijicon hd nite sights on my G19. Having used Meprolight and regular Trijicons in the past, I have to say these are the best. They glow brightest and the orange luminous ring on the front is a definate plus.Of course they're brand new. Ask me again in 6 yrs.

I have always been pleased with Glock factory night sights and the price is not bad. SJ 40

I use a 10-8 Performance rear sight (u-notch/blacked out) with a tritium front on my G19. Love the sights and the company. Craftsmanship is first-rate. Highly recommended.

  10. For SD, XS Big Dot would be a great choice.

I got a set of ameriglo U-Rap sights in green, I emailed back and forth with the salesman about them+the sight tools and he pretty much gave me everything for around 50% of the original price, Ill be sticking with Ameriglo

I haven't had night sights before but I'd eventually like to get a set of Ameriglo, GL-212-OR-C front sight and either GL-115R(classic green) or GL-227R(pro green) rear.

I do like the concept of Trijicon's HD night sights, GL101O. I like the shape of the Trijicon and Ameriglo Classic rear, and I like the idea of a thinner front sight and wider rear sight notch, but I don't like the idea of taller than stock sights which the Trijicon HD appear to be.

None. If you can't see your target, don't shoot.

Ive had them all, factory from Glock on my 23C, mepros on my 26,trijicons on my 22, trijicons on my ar15,ameriglo u rap on my 27 and they all seam to work the same, I just stay away from those fiber optic ones as they just look plain ugly to me. All in all, I would buy a set for $80 or a cheap used set off here in the sale section as I have for $35 for my wife as long as the add says they have plenty of life in them so you can experiment a little before choosing and losing $$$ on a sight you dont like...

I love my Trijicon HDs, fast acquisition, bright orange outline for daytime use and very bright in no light
