Wanting to get a bipod for my 20" AR and have decided on Harris based off of multiple recommendations. Was just on their website and got lost, can't really tell the difference between the models.

I've got the typical rail on my hamdguard, would prefer to mount it directly to that.

Would like to be able to "swivel" and or twist the gun in order to move to a comfortable position to shoot.

    Recommendations?

    What kind of shooting?

Id recommend the swivel regardless, and i really like the notched leg version. Height would just depend on how much clearance you would need. On my Remington 700 a benchrest rifle so i go with the 6-9, swivel, notched leg. On an AR id imagine you want something taller. You will also need the PRA adapter since the bipod wont mount to the handguard rail directly.

I have a couple of Harris Bipods and I also have an Atlas

If you can swing the dough the Atlas beats the Harris all to crap.

If you can't I'll tell you the cheap chinese knockoffs of the Harris are worth the money. The Harris isn't worth 5 times the money IMO.. Its a good bipod. But once the patent ran out they are only tading on their name IMO.

The QD mount is nice if you really need it... I only use a bipod on my AR for zeroing/sighting my handloads. I just take the Harris off my bolt gun and attach it with a YHM bipod adapter cost me $13, it works and works well. I even used that set-up for a 3 day Urban Carbine class and it worked well.
I won't comment on the whole which bipod is better debate. The Harris suits my needs extremely well on my .223 bolt gun. I can shoot .218 MOA groups with it at 100 yards and sub MOA out to 600 yards. That said the Atlas is bad ass, but I honestly don't have a long gun that would justify getting one for my needs.
If you go Harris save yourself a few bucks and get a bipod lock from T-NUTS http://t-nuts.com/index.php?cPath=73&osCsid=f000e5dd6c429329fda025e777b05b81
