I asked you in your other thread where in so cal you are, and I happened to get that answer here. LOL.

If you dont mind taking a little trip down south, Iron Sights in Oceanside sells the G19 for $519. If you have your Handgun Safety Certificate already, then you are looking at something around $585 out the door there. Add $25 if you havent taken the test yet. Plus, they have every model Glock there available for rent. If you were to come down Interstate 5, I'd wager that it's about a 2.5 hour drive, one-way from Northridge, though. and you'd probably spend whatever the difference is in gas. But you you happened to be planning a family weekend in sunny San Diego, then you'd really only have to make the round trip once, after the waiting period. ;)

I have also been looking to buy a new G-19 and I am come to the following conclusion. My local gun shop is trying to rip me off. Check out Top Glock at TopGlock.com

They have a regular G-19 for $459, plus $18.66 shipping to your FFL. Next do some research as to a FFL in the area that will handle the transfer. Make sure you discuss a price with them (a local FFL)before you order the gun. I found one in my area that will do the transfer for $60. So this gives me a total cost of $537.66 You will find that FFL's charge anywhere between $60 and $110 for the transfer. So do your homework for the best deal. All the turners in my area will do it for $110. Even with this price my cost would be $587, which beats my dealers price of $624.

So with the right amount of research, you could most likely find a way to get your G-19 between $540 and $600. Good luck, I hope this helped.

Socal gun shops...not Turners, thats usually your last resort, unless what you are looking for goes on sale...they honor sale prices with in a certain amount of time

try Sharp Shooters in Torrance, CA. i bought my Kimber Raptor 2 there, they have really good pricing and they will start to DROS your gun even if you only put 50% deposit on it...unlike Turners...they ask 100% up front before they can start the DROS

and i got my G23 from Centerfire in Riverside, CA. they only need 25% deposit so they can start the DROS for you. prices are quite reasonable as well

i dont buy online, cus after all the fees and s/h fees it pretty much comes out to be the same price...and u have to wait longer (shipping time + 10day DROS)

    hope that helped

My Glock 23 came from Discount Gun Mart in San Diego. $519.99+taxes+all the appropriate paperwork for the 1st time gun owner=$615 or so.
But, as I posted before I scored a free Glock TacLight because they scrwed up on the paperwork and I had to wait 10 more days than I was supposed to.

Got my Glock23 on sale at Discount Gun mart for $489 + Tax & Fees. If you look around you can find great deals.

My girls G19 was $479 lightly used at the same place.

    Recently I saw a G19C at Iron-Sights with 3 mags for $450 + fees.

    GL to you!
