Anyone know where to find a Hi Point C9 online?

Other than the auction type sites, that is.

    Thanks!

    I found mine used locally.

Ugly as hell, but works great :)

  3. Yea, I found mine locally. Seems that Southern Ohio Guns advertises them in "Shotgun News" don't they? I think it's SOG anyway.

I would think you'd be better off to find one locally if you can. The cost of shipping and transfer fees might be more than the gun cost.

Th phone is your friend. Call as many local pawn shops as you can find listed. Call Hi-Point as well. Look them up on Google. Ask if they have any local distributors in your area. They may very well ship to your local FFL or LGS:cool:

Bout all I see in gun stores now, why the intrest now? Been a member for three years and a butload of posts, don't wait till SHTF to buy stuff. As bac says they do work good but ugly, my tackle box even rejected it.

The highpoints are known to be pretty reliable. I'd like to buy one just because I'm curious about it.

Where are you from in the world Lampshade? My local shop almost always has some hi-points in stock, even when everything else is sold out.

  8. I have one. Bought it years ago when everyone said they were crap just to see what it was (about $100 new then). I have NEVER cleaned it or taken it apart. It has a few thousand rounds through it now and has never jammed or had a malfunction.

  9. It's even hard to find a Hi Point? This gun buying thing is way outta hand!

Walk into a pawn shop and throw a rock. You're bound to hit one.

  11. you know what..and NO im NOT kidding..ive never seen one locally in at least 9+ years new or used at any local shops, not even to look at...when I first got here I (about 18 years ago) DID see one on a case (new) at a shop so i knew he at least carried them....now and for years when ive went in he has not had them at least on display..so its been a while since ive seen a Hi-Point in a gun store a good almost 10 years id say,. we dont have pawn shops so cant look where in what we dont have.

Hell, even my local gun shop is sold out of them. They have over 50 M&P handguns but no Hi-point handguns. You can forgot about the Hi-Point Carbines, they don't last but minutes. I have a HP Carbine, it rocks but I shot a HP handgun not so long ago, no thanks.
