To get "made"? To get cought printing?

I though it would never happen to me, but it did this morning. In the restaurant restroom as i bent over to pick up my 4 yo to wash his hands. The guy said "hey, man you are printing. I am also a chl holder, but others may not be understanding"

    Little embarassed.

4.5 yrs and it happened. I rarely carry my Dan Wesson in owb leather holster, but this was my birthday breakfast so decided to drees up with my barbeque gun, and guy saw bottom of holster. I was wearing a long and big sweatshirt. My usual rig is g19 in a mtac and never a problem.

Wonder if i on the only one so careless?

Open carry would have prevented that!

  3. Doesn't matter if I get made or not, most times I'm carrying Openly .

Have a great gun carryin' Kenpo day

  4. I always carry a banana in case of such an event. "Hey, that a gun?" Then I just whip out my banana and look at them like they're stupid.

  7. Had one of these modified by Nana-Sheath (small time operation in Atlanta) where they installed an IWB clip and quick release clasp.

    2002 or so.
I was getting gas when a state trooper told me I was printing.
I only had a t-shirt covering the gun.

As far as I know I have never been made. I dont really about it anyway. I carry OWB and it prints a little if you are really looking.

Mine was due to a defective pocket holster imbued with anti-gravity properties. I stopped to get a cup of coffee one day, and said holster underwent a Spontaneous Levitation Event, carrying the mousegun inside right along with it.

Fortunately, the skyward March Of The Mousegun ground to a precarious halt before both it and The Holster From Hell fell out of the pocket altogether. Unfortunately, about half the 'package' was now in plain sight.

The good news is a friend was with me and spotted the problem so I was able to solve it in time to make a clean getaway before the SWAT team arrived.

Even better, the whole thing went down at Starbucks.

Just got made by a coworker at a company meeting, have no clue how he figured it out but he was like "um your holsters printing"! No clue how he did. Must have been looking way closer then he should have.

    I wouldn't know. I don't care about printing. You shouldn't either. It is a non-issue.

I guess as long as you live in an open carry state, printing is a moot point.

I carry a full size HK USP in an OWB holster. If I cared about printing, Id be in trouble. But its a non issue.

That's why you SQUAT to pick things up rather than BENDING over. Besides..bending over is for HOMO's.

EDIT: Honestly I figured that out in the USMC. When you have your rifles shouldered and you bend over you flag anyone in front of you. When you squat you keep the barrel facing the sky. Same principle applies here. Don't be a HOMO!

I live in Texas. No open carry. Not really worried about it.
