Being stuck in the land of the cold and the snow for the holidays got me wondering what warm and hearty foods do you all make to get you through this time?
    Thanks,

I love hot and sour soup! But, my tradition after the turkey is done is to invite friends over for a big vat of chili. I've been doing this for over a decade now and everybody keeps coming back. Guess I'm doing something right. Hope you all had a great Christmas! Cheers. Krome.

    Beef bourguignon.

For Christmas day this year, I'm fully embracing some Southern traditions - grilled quail with chocolate gravy and hoppin' John.

Whatever is on the menu in Central Florida for the month of January. Usually lots of shrimp and citrus fruit.
