Last week or so ive been getting 2-3 mail delivery failure messages a day to addresses I have never emailed.

Has someone hijacked my account or what? I want to keep my account so what should I do?

Don't click on them to make any kind of response. Some spammers do that, hoping people respond to them wondering what they are about. Obviously, they then have your updated email address!

  3. Normally Yahoo will put the fake ones in your bulk mail folder.Depends how your account is set up.Most failures are fakes.Don't open them if you didn't send them.

It could also be that someone or some virus was sending emails with your yahoo address in the 'from' box to email addys that no longer exist. Then when they get bounced back, they come to you.

No fault of yours. It's likely that someone who has you in their address book got a virus and is sending out a ton of emails while faking the sending address.
