Glock is always going to win capacity and size/weight efficiency so even if HKs were the same price I think Glocks would still sell. Sig might be in real trouble though, but OTOH it's kind of a different platform (all metal primarily).
I like the guns they make, except I want sights that shoot to 6:00 point of aim, and shorter resets on both the LEM and DA/SA.
I see no reason to remove the right slide lock lever. AFAIK, you can run the gun fine without it installed, no?
Not much in the way of aftermarket for the HKs, unfortunately.
Striker fired P30 with the bore axis of a Glock. That would be a must have firearm for me.
I guess she is heavier?
But my P30 40 at 13+1 matches up very well with a Glock G23.
Or the P30 9mm vs a G19.
I'd like to be able to convert my HK45C
into a Special Forces HK45 Compact Tactical.
Oh Wait, I can!
Nice looking specimen. Dam%. The drumbeat is slowly getting louder. How does she shoot?
Ugly on left / sexy on right. I guess opposites really do attract, eh?
The HK45C DA/SA shoots sweet.
Ran a few boxes of Winchester Ranger T-Series 230 gr
standard and +P through her.
Haven't tried with the extended threaded HK45CT barrel yet.
My DA/SA LEM conversion kit arrives tomorrow.
Already have LEM light springs and XS Big Dot NS in hand.
Along with ~250 rounds of Federal 230 gr 45 JHP and 250 Ranger T +P.
Should have my tuned HK45CT LEM Light ready in a week or two.
~5 lbs LEM trigger 45 - This is going to be fun!
The PPQ comes very close to your criteria.

I was going to compare it t0o this:
Then I realized the Tracer Gun is actually abetter looking gun that I'd rather own.
A modern VP70 with a non-sucky trigger would be pretty sweet.
Well, the real VP70 does fire 9mm, so it is a close comparison!!!
H&K's P7M13 size and style in .357 Sig.
That was what I was thinking!!!
And like 436 said, not the bulky M10 slide please!
Also a sub compact slim line would be nice like the PPS in .357 SIG with hammer.
A sure seller would be a civilian semi auto MP7.
I will gladly pay 900 dollars for an HK 45 anyday as they are worth every penny. I would never want HK to scimp on quality just so its avilable to everyone like a glock
I bought an HK.45CT and a LW Springfield Compact Gunsite Service Pistol this year. $2300 for 2 pistols really put a dent in the funds, but you have to jump at good opportunities when they arise.
Total this year, I've spent $5500 on guns and a suppressor. The only thing lacking in my collection is an integrally suppressed 10/22.
I agree when it come's mine a HK win's everytime!!
A P7 you can put a case thru without welders gloves.
Hey, those disc can hurt if the shot placement is just right!
That would be cool. Maybe replace the gas system with a rotating barrel.
