o, gun ban na. mababakasyon ang mga ilong natin sa amoy ng pulbura.

ano balak nyo gawin, liban sa himashimasin sa gabi ang mga baril nyo? (bastos!)

ako, mukang babalik ako sa mountain biking. renew frienships with my biking buddies that i neglected when i went back to shooting.

    mabombahan na nga yung gulong.

Tatapusin ko na yung mga unfinished cross-stitch projects ko. Tapos yung monthly budget ko sa bala and range time, ilalaro ko nalang ng BINGO sa Makati Cinema Square.

I will try all possible means so I can still shoot regularly at the range. IMHO, forgoing practice sessions this long will surely dull whatever skill one have.

I can sympathize with you guys.

My primary carry gun wasn't approved for the exemption (at this time), I have to settle with my issue Mark IV.

Because of that, I'm not even carrying my gun on me, just in my bag. I'm gonna have to wait out the election period to be able to carry it again.

Oh well, sometimes you get a lemon and just have to suck on it!

It's "How now, brown cow?". :)

Gardening, and beating the crap out of cherry-red hot iron will
probably have to do it for me.

Do a lot of programming. Read lots of e-books and learn more about delivering Business Intelligence with database management systems.

And getting in shape for my wedding this coming December:supergrin:

horge, are you into metalsmithing now? Care to share some stories or tips? I'm interested in learning more about knifemaking, especially the role that good heat-treatment plays in strengthening a blade.

    Mikey,

I've been into maille and some plate armoring since '96.
I think some of my old posts are still up at Arador.
I work with Ga. 18 galvanized steel sheet (I've had my fair
share of zinc-shakes), or wire... which is a bit afield of
what you'd be working with for blades.

You planning on using charcoal, or a gas torch?
(for the heat-quench tango, I mean...)
If the former, invest in a good electric bellows,
or jury rig one from an extra exhaust fan.
Don't scrimp on your bench grinder, either.

    Horge,

Thanks for the information, but your tips are a bit over my head at the moment. I'm still at the very basic level, but I am really interested in learning so I can better appreciate how the knifemaker I met in Pozzorubio creates his blades.
