Just wondering what are the favorite slings being used by our fellow BOGs for their M16/M4 rifles.

What brand? Single or 2 point?

    Thanks

For 14.5" and longer, I like the Vickers 2 point. The Magpul Dynamics ASAP sling is nice for short carbines :)

I use either a BlackHawk Chalker Sling or a Single Point.

right now, i dont use sling because i shoot ipsc, and as i know it, when you start shooting with a sling, you have to shoot all the courses with it, and im not so confortable running with one.

i am using the blueforce padded sling..the sling is kinda long though on a 14.5" rifle..i mount them on the shortest gap distance - which is near the delta ring & at the castle nut area.

Gear Sector ASP single point sling. I like the 1" tubing.

I'm waiting for them to release the new GS-1P that can transition from single to two-points just like what Magpul had just released.

I'm sure that there are a lot of slings there in manila, or you can make your own :)

My suggestion is based on my humble experience... Believe me, you do not want to imagine having the rifle hit your balls while transitioning to your sidearm...

I like my Vickers 2 point, feels good on 14.5" and longer guns, for shorties, I like the singlepoints... but that is just me... YMMV :)
