I have a Gen4 G19, S/N RWYxxx tested SEP-2011 that stovepipes a few times every 100 rounds. It has RSA #043 and ejector 336. Could they be the source of the problem?

I shoot 124gr ammo and have never experienced ejection problems in any of the other five 9mm Glocks I have owned over the years using this ammo and gripping the gun the same way. I am not limp wristing.

Your guide rod is the latest version. I'd find a local Glock Armorer or call Glock about getting the 30274 ejector installed. If you want to install it yourself, MidwayUSA.com and glockparts.com have both been confirmed to sell the Gen4 9mm trigger housing w/30274 ejector but they're both backordered right now, the rest of the retailers presumably have the old version w/336 ejector.

You may also need to replace the extractor with a new 9mm LCI extractor.

Thats funny. I have one of the new FDE models and it has #024 RSA, but does have the latest ejector.

Glock customer service told me to find a local certified Glock armorer, give them the model and serial number and have them order and install the part(s). I am not sure if there will be any cost to me and can use recommendations for Glock armorers in the Orange County CA area.

If you can't find an Armorer in your area, call them back and tell them that you'd like to get the ejector updated and you can't find a Glock Armorer in your area. Ask them to give you a prepaid shipping label so you can send it back to them to have them update it.
