What front sight for a flat top Dissipator?

I am looking at building a 16" upper with rifle length gas tube. I am looking at a free float tube (probably only rails on top) I will probably add a 1x4 scope of some type. The question is, will the standard F-marked front sight post be in the way of the optic? What if it was an EOTech? Or Burris Fast Fire?

This is my first attempt at putting together all the "features" I want. Anyone have any experiences to share to potentially save me some money?

It will stick up in the FOV of the optic unless you mount the optic on a riser.

I thought it would, and obviously it will be out of focus on the scope, but is it usually high enough to block the center of the crosshairs and cause issues? I didn't think it would be an issue in FastFire or EOTech, but if it is, I would rather hear about it now as well. Maybe, I should just quit being "cheap" and get a flip up front sight or railed gas block to put one on.:dunno:
