What exercise do you loathe?

    BCR BIGASS!!!!

    I hate any type of curls. I used to love working biceps but lately I hate working them.

    Running on a treadmill is pretty lame too. Outside is ok, but I hate it indoors.

    Anyone else?

    Tabata Sprints and Tabata squats. It's only 4 minutes, but it's for minutes of exercise followed by 45 minutes of agony.

    Heavy Bag intervals.

    They usually make me want to puke. I actually have a couple of times!

  6. Cardio. nothing could be more boring...i hate it!
  7. I'm also getting sick of curls. Any isolation exercise at that.
  8. Definitely running on a tread mill. I can run all day outside in the sunshine and fesh air, but I can't run for more than 10 or 15 minutes on a treadmill. It's just so boring and there is nothing that can take my mind off of the fact that I'm running and going no where. After you build up your endurance, running is mostly mental. As long as I can get my mind off the fact that I'm doing something I don't like to do, I can cruise along effortlessly. On a treadmill, I have not yet been able to distract my self.

    Don't do isolation exercises. I believe there are quite a few people who use abbreviated training, only doing compound and multiple compound movements. I've made much better gains since abandoning things like curls and tricep kickbacks. Just the basic squat-push-pull go home style workout.

    I hate Abs stuff.

    And what **really** sucks is that is one of the body parts women most want to target.
