I made some pasta salad this weekend and was thinking of all the different variations and stuff people put in theirs. What do you put in yours? Is your dressing mayo based or vinegar based or something else entirely?

    Mine this time around:
    Cherry tomatoes
    Onion
    Red Pepper
    Green Pepper
    Pimento
    Turkey Pepperoni
    Black Olive
    Feta with Basil & Oregano
    Mrs. Dash

    Base: Whole Wheat Rotini

I covered this in Italian Dressing made with Balsamic Vinegar.

I'm lazy... I just do pasta, pesto, some italian seasoning, and a little bit of shredded chicken

I like to use Garden rotini, the three color kind and Wishbone brand Italian dressing. I also like to add capers, roasted red bell pepper strips (canned), black and green olives pitted and chopped, and crumbled goat cheese.
