    Looks like he was given a few opportunities to leave the easy way. Too bad he didn't take them.

    As for filming the police, people generally don't like being recorded by strangers. Particularly those on some personal crusade looking to be an annoyance.

    I went and read some threads on this topic on some other boards. Many of the cops who were talking about it said they didn't really care if someone filmed them, provided that the person filming wasn't interfering with them doing their thing.

    I guess if you "know the law" ... then you REALLY need to know the law! :rofl:
     
  5. Exactly. The problem comes when you have people filing from a location or in a way that is interfering to what the officer is doing. If that becomes the case you are obstructing and in the case of this video trespassing.
