Primary G30 IW, or pocket carry G26. KT P3AT as BUG.
Sw 640 loaded with magnums. Most people around here pack snubbys for ccw.
Always an auto, just not always the same one - CZ P-01/Kahr MK9/Keltec P3AT
H&K P7 with a spare mag as my primary, with a S&W Mod. 36 Chief's Special as a back-up, and I usually have both....
Always autos, and time is split between my 23 and 34.
Ruger KP345DPR Any Questions
Auto's mine are G22 and back up is a CZ P-01 9MM
90 percent of the time I carry my Glock 19.
Taurus CH 85, got a Glock 23 also but for ME it does not conceal as well as the CH85.
Primary: Glock 19
Backup: Rossi 38 Special
Reserve: Walther PPK
I carry a semi-auto. I really admire Smith & Wesson J frames, but just don't shoot them worth a darn. [No doubt a failing on my part]
I have a Taurus snubby in forty-five cal. that I will sometimes pocket when I am walking around the yard or going to my mailbox, which is about 150 yards from my front door. Seems to be a decent gun, although I haven't shot it a lot. Bought it on a whim one day.......
2014 update: Switch mainly between a Dan Wesson CCO and an H&K P2000sk in 9mm. Have Ryan Grizzle and TT Gunleather holsters for both.
I pocket carry a S&W 638 snubby for daily walks around the
642 with the c.t. grips. Really haven't taken the glock out since. Even with open sight at 15 yards i can usually keep 4/5 in a sheet of paper with fairly rapid firing. 7 yards and in i run 5/5 without the lazer. I usually dont practice a whole lot with the lazer. If it's at night you'll see it and if its in the day its not worth looking for though you can usually pic it up on a sunny day at 7 yards without much trouble. Maybe favorate thing is being able to shoot from the hip if needed and do it accurately. Anyways its light and you hardly know its there. I live in a pretty good area so i'm not feeling the need to pack something with 15 rounds. Not to mention even with 5 i should be able to get the job done.
Most often on person: Kel-Tec P3AT in pocket
Always in car: Bersa Thunder 380 CC
Less often on person: Kahr PM9 in pocket or IWB
Least often on person/always in night stand: Glock 26
Smith & Wesson 686 2 1/2" barrel loaded with 125gr .357 Mag.
G26 or G17. On a very rare occasion...SWM60
Update: 60 has been retired. LCP for deep concealment.
Autos. Deep concealment is a P-3AT. I have nothing against a revolver though, in fact I like shooting them, but they are generally a little large due to the fact they have a cylinder.
Until recently, I carried a G20 exclusively.
Extended slide lock, slide release, and mag catch.
3.5lb connector/NY1 spring.
XS Tritium Big Dot sights.
Wolff 22# spring/ guide rod.
2 spare 15 round mags.
It is loaded with 15+1 rounds of DoubleTap 165gr Gold Dot ammo.
Holsters are C-TAC (almost always), Tucker Gunleather HF2 (most other times) or (occasionally) Comp-tac Settable cant. Blade-Tech dual mag OWB carrier.
Lately, however, I have carried my new G29 about 50% of the time.
Extended slide release
3.5lb connector/NY1 spring.
Wolff 21# spring/guide rod.
Ameriglo tritium sights.
(sometimes) 2 spare 15 rd mags
It is loaded with 10+1 rounds of DoubleTap 165gr Gold Dot ammo.
Holster is usually a Bianchi Triad ankle holster, if not then the Tucker HF2 or C-TAC. I have pocket carried it in the 5.11s. Blade-Tech dual mag OWB carrier if I carry spares.
Sometimes I carry both.
Thats a question with many answers. I put revolver. 75% of the time its a S&W 37 with a CT grip and 135gr +p speer gold dots. Other days I grab the G-19.
