I've been seeing decent deals going around for so called " practice ammo "

from what i know , its from speer gold dot HP rounds .

couple ppl have shot few hundreds round of em and so far no issues ..so they say ...

i guess speer provides ammo for LEO ..and maybe those are getting old or overstock ???? iono...

anways .. what you guys think about this ? do you guys think its worth it try for range ammo ?

    I think it's worth it.
I bought 500 rounds (two, 250 rnd, 200gr bulk packs) a year or so ago
I have appx 100 rnds left.

It's all gone bang and has chronoed where it's s'posed to, I reckon
(well over 1000 fps thru my 38 )
If I recall right , it wasn't much slower, or even about the same as WWB 185gr HP

    I can't find a thing wrong with it .
I don't remember what I paid for it.
"think" it worked out to appx 53 cents pr round

I bought 1000 rounds a month or so ago. Sorry, on another thread I promised a "range report". The stuff shoots great. Now if I could just get past the thought that it is gold dot ammo, I'd shoot more of it!

I've shot up a 250 round box, and it's great ammo. I believe I paid $100 for the box also.
