What press are you dealing with and what powder measures? And how low do you want to go for a charge?

My Autodisc works great for 2.7 Bullseye. I use the micro disc for 1.5 Bullseye for 32ACP. The micro adjustable charge bar that Lee sent me for free doesn't throw small charges worth a darn and the instructions say as much.

My stock small slide would not do better than 2.8-9 grains of W231, so I got the X-small and it goes way lower.

Those options are all Lee Auto Disc options.

DO NOT use the adjustable charge bar. Other options are fine.

I don't have one of the extra small bars. I have stock small ones at 3.1g of vvn310 and another of 2.5g of Clays. What powder you are using is going to make a difference.

Im using win 231 and tite group, i have the lee classic turret with the pro disk powder measure...

im looking at the light loads for 147 gr lead 9mm, these are between 2 and 3.5 grains and the micro is to small while the smallest hole that comes with it is a little to big for a starting load,

im wondering if i could stack 2 of the micros in the double disk?

There is a logical transition from the micro discs to the discs that came with your pro auto disc, not a gap as you describe. The starting load of 3.2 grs of 231 (using my data) is probably going to be thrown using the discs that came with your powder measure. Below 3.2 grs you may need the micro discs. BUT, Lee's data usually is wrong when it comes to how much powder the disc will throw. Usually, the disc they say will throw 3.2 grs will throw about .2 grs light. So if you take that into consideration the standard discs will probably throw below 3 grs of 231. As always, weight the charge your setup is throwing. Do not go off their charts alone. If you need a in between size the best thing to do is just buy some extra discs and sand a smaller one out to a middle size.

the micro disk goes up to .27 while the smallest on the regular die is .30

my main concern is with the titegroup

But have you measured an actual powder charge?

Here's a year old thread of exactly the same topic:

That is the normal spread of CC's. If you want .285cc's then buy a extra set of each and sand it open a small amount. It's not a big deal. All the discs jump about .02-.03cc's

I did that for a larger cavity. I filled the small hole in the set screw with JBweld. Then used some teflon tape to create more tension so it won't move easily. Size of set screw is in the picture.
