Posted this in the lounge sub forum a couple days ago and my craptacular title most likely made folks miss this. I hear the 1911 subforum is a wee bit more refined than other sub forums so I thought I would share. Hey the gun could have been a 1911 right ?

Guy brought a knife and a gun to a gun fight and, well it did not turn out very well for him....this is Hollywood movie stuff IMO. Chuck freaking Norris style :wavey:

This one should work. It is the local paper and it appears the comments left by some is causing them to have to do something with the web page.

    In a nutshell....

    1. Shoplifter apprehended at College Station Tx Wal-Mart.
    2. As he struggles with lost prevention people in lost prevention office he pulls a gun on Wal-Mart associates.
    3. Wal-Mart associates grab gun and during the struggle the gun discharges and strikes a file cabinet.
    4. Wal-Mart associates get gun from shoplifter (47 year old man) and he thens pulls a knife on Wal-Mart associates.
    5. As he threatens them and approaches them with knife in hand he is shot with his own gun.
    6. He latter dies.

A huge mess all around for everyone involved. Just glad if someone had to die it was the one to blame for

    a. Shoplifting
    b. Pulling a gun when caught
    c. Pulling a knife when the gun is taken away from him

Thanks for the heads up on the bad link, as I said a lot of debate going on so the poor local news website is getting hammered.
