Got it at BUD's. Couldn't beat the price. I guess that is some kind of "TRI" GAP club member thing we have to start. Have them all-G37,G38, and my G39. Carry my G39 all the time. Thinking about having Coldbore do some grip work on the G37. Really wanted the FHP version of the G37, but couldn't turn down this deal.

Soooooo tell me about this reloading some of you guys have been doing. I may have to try my hand at it.

I've come up with a hum-dinger PD load for my 38. Speer Gold Dot 185, Universal powder because it has no muzzle flash... ...and any once-fired case I've created from the Federal, Winchester, and MagTech ammo I've bought. It's right at Hodgdon's max and produces about 1040FPS at 10'. The Gold Dot performed beautifully in my waterjug tests...
    (GD left, Silvertip right.)

Have ordered some 200g. Rainier roundnoses for practice loads, as I was rather unsuccesful in trying to get a 185g. lead semiwadcutter to feed reliably.

Sure wish Starline would make some G.A.P. brass; I'm tired of buying ammo to produce empty brass cases.

My 37 from Bud's should arrive Tuesday the 2nd....and it did! Shot it this afternoon, about 80 cartridges of 3 different factory loads plus that PD load. All Functioned perfectly.

    Congrats on the new purchase!

Reloading? It's addicting as well! After your initial investment to get started, you'll save money to reload practice ammo. But - it may cost you more in the long run when you start buying all the different powders and other components you want to try! It is cheaper than golf or Harley's though!

A golf course is a waste of a perfectly good rifle and pistol range.
