Anyone have pix and first hand comparisons of these sights? Recommendations and opinions appreciated (both pro and con)!

Also, what's the story with the 10-8 front sights? Do they not work with glocks?

I've had both on my G-17 and ended up keeping the 10-8s. The front blade is wider, and with the brass bead, I pick it up very fast. They shoot POA=POI. The 40lpi rear with .140" U-notch is the best sight I've looked through. I have the 10-8s on my Les Baer, Colt, Glock 19, 17, & 17L. I'm thinkin' about putting a set on 26. Not sure though, a little CCW piece doesn't really need target sights.

    I'm looking for a set for a G19.

So you can buy a 10-8 set that comes with brass bead front and all-black .140" U-notch rear? This is considered a "target" sight set up?

I don't have any complaints about the Warren sights, and I use both (Tactical and Sevigny) I LIKE the narrow front sight.

A brief look at the 10-8 rear sights shows a robust looking set up. I don't think you can go wrong either way.

I just ordered a set of 10-8 .140 rear with gold bead .125 front . I'm going to install these on a new G35. I'll post a range report later. Stay Safe.........J.H.

I should have the sights on by 3/3........J.H.
Range Report: The front gold bead sight did NOT work for me.I will keep the back sights with the U notch.I'm going to order a Warren Tactical fiber optic front sight. I'll let you know how this combo works....J.H.

IMO the best thread in this forum in regards to comparisons for the sights named. Also has great pics!

I use the Henie/Dawson FO combo on my G34, the Sevigny competitions on my G17 and the Sevigny carrys on my G23.
I really like the Sevigny series of sight with the plain black front and am teatering on switching out my G34 to then as well to have uniformity in all my Gaston marvels... Though the Henie/Dawson FO combo is really good too.

I have a set of Sevginy comp sights on my G19 and I find that the standard .215"
front sight height just a bit too high as my POI is slightly low.
I believe these sights are designed to be used and would be OK on a G34-G35 as the sight radius would be longer and the front sight would be further away from your eye making the front sight appear not as tall.

OK,I installed The Warren Tactical Fiber Optic front sight.:wow: What a difference. I installed the green f/o in the sights. This sight is .115" wide and
.215" tall. The rear sight (10-8) has a U notch that is .140"wide. The front sight centers fast and gathers light very good.(easy to see) This setup is a major improvement over the gold bead front sight. This setup works very well for my "old eyes"......J.H.

How is the front sight height? Does it shoot to point of aim or does it shoot high or low?
