    This would not be a bad sticky if it takes off like I want.

    While researching the install of a new program prior to purchasing it, I found instructions that stated "DO NOT USE AUTORUN" to install the program. It said to drill through the levels: My Computer, CD/DVD drive, Program, Installer, and then right click the installer and click on "Run as administrator". This will ensure the program receives the correct rights and permissions to start with. Now that I know that I will install all programs that way.

    What tips or tricks have you learned to make the Vista security experience easier to navigate through?
