Does anyone know of a Virginia lawyer who is versed in setting up an NFA trust?
I have not used this individual, but I have seen him at the Nation's Gun Show in Chantilly several times. He is a Class III Dealer and an attorney.
I believe he is locate in Roanoke.
May want to give this guy a try. I have his name on the back of my CCW and he is one of the lead attorneys for the NRA.
