Anyone here a USCCA member and have looked into the SHIELD? Any opinions on it, good, bad, not worth it? I have been trying to weight the pro's and cons of it. Anyone else?

From what I have heard is that you have to join the group to even be able to access the Shield. Then you end up paying for your legal fees up front. Then you can apply for some type of grant and if approved, they will reimburse you a certain amount depending one the membership you have.

There is a lot more info on the site about it, but I guess one needs to read the info care fully. It seems to be open to interpretation.

PS: my info is 2nd and 3rd hand info, so suggest to hit the site for additional info.

  3. Look at Marty Hayes "Armed Citizens' Legal Defense Network". You may like it better.
