Does anywhere else sale there ammo for the 10 or just there site? I want to try some to hunt with,Dont mind paying $30 for a box, But $16 For shipping on one box,Kind of crazy the shipping is over half the cost. Don't mind paying for a good box of ammo but that's to high on shipping just to see if they will shoot good out of my gun. Thanks for any help

I shoot underwood out of my g29 and g20 and it works flawlessly. As far as price for shipping goes you won't save any money going any where else considering they charge substantially more for there ammo and it's probably not full power loads.

Even with shipping (only one box), it's still competitive with other brand's "hunting" rounds (not including shipping, or local tax). Other online outlets resell Underwood, but their shipping will be similar, or worse. Buy a lot more at one time, load your own, or pay the price.

You won't regret it. Get 2 boxes of 180 GD, some 200 TMJ, and some 135's for the range.

I just ordered 17 boxes and the shipping was 27.46... UPS's shipping charges are a bit wacky. Kevin doesn't make them up. Try to get 850 rounds of "Top Notch" 10mm from DoubleTap for around $470.00.... Remingtons UMC junk costs more than a split of 165 grain Gold Dot HP's and TMJ's with Starline Brass from Underwood than junk does from CTD, SG, or any of the other 'alleged" discount ammo sites. From the time "ProLoad" went out of Business (about 8 years ago) until I found Underwood my 10's were rarely used. Now I get losts of range time with them! Best 10mm ammo on the market "Bar None" and also a fantastic bargain vs the other not so great options. Corbon, DoubleTap and Hornady are all around a buck a pop... Underwood is just under .60 cents.... Get at least 5 boxes and it is well worth it...

  6. I don't think you should buy any

(Leave it for me :) )

The UPS shipping is a bit strange. Ordered one box a month ago for $15 shipping. Ordered three boxes today for $11 shipping.....

It seems buying in bulk is the way to go.

Or reload. 1000 rounds costs me less than half that. :)

I just got an Underwood shipment, gave the UPS guy a hug, no way you can feel that joy with your reloads....

Got a box of the 200g XTP for the woods, 135 nosler for fun (for now, maybe carry down the road, still undecided on the light/fast pros/cons) and a box of the 155 TMJ cause I've read they are the highest ME of any Underwood.

Buy more than one box and spread the shipping costs out. It will be around $16 for shipping whether you buy one box or ten...and I wouldnt worry about it not running well in your weapon, kevin is a stand up guy, and if you arent happy he will refund your money, he truly stands by his product!

  14. I haven't bought any 10mm from Underwood because I roll my own, but I have recently bought some 9x19 ammo from Underwood to give it a whirl and it's top notch stuff. The last two boxes of 147gr +P I got were about $10 shipped, but I live one state north. They took care in packing the boxes properly too, which is nice.

I will likely buy a couple boxes of 10mm 220gr hard cast to keep around just in case. The Starline brass is a big plus too.

Underwood is the way to go if, you don't roll your own.

  16. I got my first ammo from Underwood yesterday. Shipping was just under $20 for 6 boxes which I don't think is bad.
Shot two boxes today and all I can say is......... YES!
    This is why I bought a 10mm!
