U.S. national debt up almost $13,000 in the last year

    Every household in this country just borrowed another $13,000 last year in the form of additional national debt. Oh, and that's on top of the $140,000 or so you already owe. Not to mention the $1,000,000 or so for your lifetime liabilities.
