A friend is working on an Inlay of the Purple Heard Combat Wounded Medal for a Friend to be made part of a Pool Cue Case, apparently the Cases New Owner was Wounded 4 times in Nam, and Received the Purple Heart TWICE.

We have a VERY Good photo of the Medal to work from but there is some confusion about THE OAK LEAF CLUSTER that is on the Ribbon Part of the Medal as recognition for the Second Purple Heart.

What Color is the Oak Leaf Cluster, BRONZE?? or ????

Plus any one he a decent photo they can post of the Oak Leaf for us to work from THANKS.

Yep, in this guy's case, it would be a bronze oak leaf cluster

1 purple heart = just the medal
2 purple hearts = 1 bronze oak leaf cluster
3 purple hearts = 2 bronze oak leaf clusters
4 purple hearts = 3 bronze oak leaf clusters
5 purple hearts = 4 bronze oak leaf clusters
6 purple hearts = 1 silver oak leaf cluster
7 purple hearts = 1 silver and 1 bronze oak leaf cluster
8 purple hearts = 1 silver and 2 bronze oak leaf clusters
9 purple hearts = 1 silver and 3 bronze oak leaf clusters
