    Green Coca-Cola? Damn.

Somebody explain the Alfred Hitchcock one to me. I don't see how that's possible.

He probably had his connection stitched shut at birth, or had it removed during a surgery. When performing some abdominal surgeries (I don't know which), doctors have to be careful to put the belly button back, and to put it in the right place. I knew of a lady that sued because her belly button ended up 3" off center after a surgery. She won. Many have sued because the docs have simply disposed of it.

  8. I don't know whether or not that is true about Alfred Hitchcock, but it's possible. I don't have a belly button either (please do not make requests for photos). I had no surgery or anything. From my childhood, as I got older my belly button just started to vanish. Now that I'm about 30 pounds overweight, I have a dent in the middle of my abdomen where my belly button is suppose to be. And no hair grows in the spot where my belly button is suppose to be, so from a distance it looks like I have one. But if you look closely, except for having a slightly different skin texture, it has vanished.

    Interesting facts.
  10. "Babies are born without knee caps. They don't appear
until they are two to six years old."

I don't believe that one. Probably a typo?

Ever see a baby crawl or a first grader run?

Babies are born with knee caps but they don't show up on x-rays very well because they aren't ossified or bony.

Where did this stuff come from? There are some obvious truths, some partial truths and several outright ULs. Is this a sequel to the "Bill Gates wants to give you money for e-mail" nonsense?

Babies' patellas (kneecaps) are formed but not fully developed, as are their brains, lungs, and several other parts of their anatomy. Nothing "appears" out of nowhere, except at puberty.

Ostriches do not and cannot stick their head in the sand any more than people can.

Several lizards can see behind them as can many fish.
