Anyone know the hours of operation for Town Police Supply in Collinsville? Thought about going in the AM, but wanted to know if they were open.

Pretty sure they are closed on Sundays.

Here is their web page... http://www.townpolice.com/ No hours listed but the store phone number is on there.

They are open in AM hours open at 9:00 AM, I think. I never get there before 10 unless I call first and know I want and they have it.

Sometimes they have trade ins at a good price and sometimes you will find a good deal on special purchases. Sometime a good price on ammo. They have an "inventory reduction" around Christmas to January.

There is also a place right up the road within a mile or so, that has good prices but little stock, They will order for you...it's Southern Gun Incorporated ...

If you are that close come to Danville, right down 58 E, to Old Dominion Guns and Tackle and Carters Guns over town. Old Dominion is about 30 mins from Town Gun Supple, and has as good or better prices. (Doesent't have the selection.)

Carter's has good (cash, no trade) prices and a big selection. It's worth a look!

    lexmedic,

They open at 9am but you probably should call before you go to make sure they have the model you want.

    Wolfgang,

Where is Carters at in Danville? I'm familiar with Old Dominion but not Carters.

    DANVILLE VA, 24541
    Phone: (804) 791-3906

You should call first just to be sure he is there. He is usually there 10 AM to 6:00PM, but might go out to lunch or a Dr appointment. (He usually has someone there but it is best to be sure)

    To get to Carters:

If you are at Old Dominion you can come into Danville (58 E) cross the river to Memorial Dr, go to West Main Street toward NC. Take right on Ferry Road. Go down Ferry Rd to Applewood Dr on the Right to 163 APPLEWOOD DRIVE.

    OR:

From Old Dominion, you go up to the bypass and go toward Greensboro, NC. Exit on West Main toward Danville. You will take a left on Ferry Rd at the stoplight. Go down Ferry Rd to Applewood Dr on the Right to 163 APPLEWOOD DRIVE.

Roanoke Firearms will do the Glock LE deal. It's not a really high volume thing for them, but bring in ID and fill out an order form, and you should be set within a week or two. Good people, too, and a bit closer to you than Collinsville.
