Well, there is a metaphor for you if there ever was one. The site was probably picked with that goal in mind.

what do you expect, it's Chicago,, Regan was white. no surprise.

In time the Obama name will replace the MLK name in many places to appease a certain demographic people.
MLK just wanted equal rights, Obama wants much more.

At some point the desire for equal rights was supplanted by a desire for revenge.

OT, I don't really have an issue with this. The childhood home of every president isn't of historical value, in particularly not one from only 30 years ago. I'd be interested to know how many president's childhood homes are still in existence.

That said I have no doubt in my mind it's politically motivated.

Then later we can tear down Obama's library to put in a shooting range.

Is this politically motivated? Without a doubt. As large as the city of Chicago is no one can tell you its just "chance" its Reagan's childhood home.

What's sadder is we get the government we deserve. American politicans have come to the point they pull stupid and irrelevant **** like this to I guess make a point?

This rates about the same as writing on some bathroom stall "for a good time call Nancy at xxx-xxxx"

Obama's childhood home was probably torn down by a tsunami or military coup.

  14. Will it be a library or a bath house?.............oops, did I just say that?

  15. How big of a parking lot does it need? Surely they wouldn't need spaces for more than 3 cars.

  16. Unfortunately, I'm afraid it will take a lot of space..............don't forget, stupid people do have numerical supremacy.

On the upside, it will be a perfect location to recruit supporting cast for the "Walking Dead".

It's being torn down for a medical research center and according to Michael Reagan, the home didn't mean aything to his father who lived there for less than a year.

  18. And we can tear down his headstone to set up a porta-potty
