So I have a Gen 2 17 that is my range baby. I took some metal polish to the internals and slicked up the trigger a bit. Basically a $.25 trigger job. Well, I got bored and decided to polish the feed ramp. I didn't do any mirror like poslishing, basically just took off the black coating and smoothed out the ramp. I didn't use any sand paper or anything. Just an old t shirt and polish. It looks good, runs 100%. The purist in me is saying "Glocks don't have polished feed ramps." I'm trying to decide whether or not to get the dang barrel cerakoted graphite black or just leave it. The slide has all sorts of holster wear on it from running competiton, so to me that looks cool, and I'm proud of it. You guys think I should refinish the barrel, barrel and slide, or just leave it all as is?
