    Hello all,

Who has experience with metalform? I Thought about adding to my mag collection and use these for range and competition because they "seem" well made and are cheap.

Thanks in advance for your comments.

I trust them with my life...know that there are many different versions...they make OE for Springfield and I had heard for Colt's...my favorite ate the one's I bought that were FBI spec'd with a round top follower and Wolff extra power spring...

I have one that came with my 9mm STI Ranger II. It works fine. Not quite as refined as some others, but no complaints about function.

The ones you have for the STI are likely the "Springfield" designed ones. When I had problems with my Trojan 9mm (an older one which originally came with a Mecgar magazine), STI sent my the Metalform mag and fixed all the issues.

Mine have been great since I put the Tripp springs and followers in them. :)

I use them in my .38 Super Colt Special Combat Government - works good, lasts a long time.

I've used the 7 round ones with the round follower and they were good.

I run them in my Springfield 9mm, as well as my Colt Defender in 9mm. They work just fine and have never caused me problems.

Thanks everyone. I will give them a shot and report back on their function.

My Kobra Carry came with 2 EB mags made by Metalform I believe. No failures at all with them.
