Or do explorers not get duty belts?
Bout time someone posted a setup with a real radio.
When I say certain numbers into mine, other cops come.
Mine seems pretty real to me.
GSD .. thats okay it sounds like there begining to break in ..
on a side note ..
i love getting the uncle mikes mag pouches like yours on ebay for like 4-5 bucks basically NIB .. its a nice way to storage spares .. then when going out just grab one and throw in truck or w/e ..
Umm....his rig is bianchi.
Yup. Bianchi Accumold.
Its the only way I'd go Nylon. Because it is molded, and doesnt look sloppy. Only think I don't like, is that it is a little hard to keep clean if you play in the woods alot. Gotta keep wiping it down with a wet cloth, and occasionally washing it.
I may eventually go with Bianchi Accumold Elite.
I know a way to improve the "new and improved" duty belt picture thread. Post the weight of your belt
That's funny, I was looking at GSD's stuff and that question came to mind.....
How much does it all weigh??
I weighed myself, then picked up my belt.
That is just the belt without latex gloves and belt keepers, which wouldnt add much anyway..
Uniform shirt with all the brass/pens/notepads
Vest with trauma plates
Uniform pants with keys, knife and other junk
Whatever else that varies from cop to cop
Ok, you're starting to worry me a little bit despite your very happy dog avatar. Night vision and walking around in the woods at night?
14lbs thats 6kg, omg
LIKE YOURS !!!!!!
like bianchi ..
im a cheap ass and uses what works .. i meant similar style not bianchi like bianchi ..
lol Don't worry. Nothing like that lol... I ain't a peeping tom.
I treat women right, even when they aren't looking
ok, well what's in the woods that would be interesting at night? I'd be scared I'd stumble on something I wouldn't want to stumble on. You may be LEO, but if you're by yourself, what if you stumble on like a bunch of bad people?
16 in the clip and one in the hole, GSD is about to make some bodies turn cold...
Well I guess that answers that!
There are lots of trails around here that lead to places kids hang out and, um, do stuff they shouldn't. Sometimes when there isnt much activity, I go bug some kids.. smokin pot, tearin crap up, makin out.. the usual.
There are also a few roads that are too washed out to drive down, and alot of times you find stolen cars down them..
Stuff like that. I get bored and go play in the woods sometimes.
As far as runnin up on badguys, well, I just hope I'm a better shot than they are, after all, thats all I do when I'm on the road or in someones house, as opposed to in the woods... is look for badguys..
15 In the "clip" and 1 in the hole..
Geez Cochese, don't you know your GLOCK specs?
HAH "Geez Cochese" . .. I made a funny!
I never noticed the date you gave for paying it off. You're going to take another 94 years to pay it off?
OK picture whores....
Here's my setup....
All of it is Uncle Mike's nylon. Bought new in 1998 and still rocking along. I replaced the actual duty belt last spring.
The contents of each pouch is shown above it's respective place.
Right to left:
- Buckle (in case PJMN didn't know that)
- "Man in the Can" OC spray
- Double mag pouch for Sig 226 mags each holding 12 rounds of 125 gr. Winchester Ranger SXT in .357SIG
- 16 channel Vertex radio. Has more frequencies than people I want to talk to. Water department? Are you ****ting me?
- Streamlight Stinger rechargeable....complete with worn on/off switch (the sign of a non-rookie)
- single cuff case with pair of hinged S&W cuffs (for those asshats in our lives)
- ASP baton and case
- Uncle Mike's Pro-3 triple retention holster with Sig 226DAK in .357SIG
- single cuff case with chained S&W cuffs
- holder for body mic (which stays charging in the car)
- other buckle (again, for PJMN's sake)
There are also 4 matching keepers and an inner belt somewhere in the closet.
