    From the link:

"The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to purchase sixty Remington Model 870 Police RAMAC #24587 12 gauge pump-action shotguns for the Criminal Investigation Division. The Remington parkerized shotguns, with fourteen inch barrel, modified choke, Wilson Combat Ghost Ring rear sight and XS4 Contour Bead front sight, Knoxx Reduced Recoil Adjustable Stock, and Speedfeed ribbed black forend."

    Nice set up.

They are a Federal Law Enforcement Agency and have contracts with Remington same as the Military and other Federal Agencies. There were Fed and Military guys in the Factory Armorers class I attend and there will more there when I recert in April. They are required by law to put bids out but those weapon are going to come from the Factory. They also have the sence to purchase 870's so someone in that Agency knows what he is doing.
