The Gratitude Sign

Discussion in 'Veteran's Forum' started by GreenBeret1631, Jul 29, 2009.

  1. The Gratitude Sign.

Have you ever seen one of our military walking past you and wanted to convey to them your thanks, but weren't sure how, or felt awkward?

Recently, a gentleman from Seattle created a gesture which could be used to express thanks to service members and has started a movement to get the word out..

Take just a moment to watch.

those posted comments on that video are a year old.....are you sure this is new?

  3. I never said it was new, nor do I think that it is an important issue. Note: In the article it says 'recently.'

That said, I don't think it makes a lot of difference if it's new or old! You either think it's a good way to honor those serving, or not. I think it is!

IMO it is a good way to show your gratitude!
