Anyone know whats going on with the GlockStore? I placed an order on the 14th of this month(just a few small parts and a tool, no mags) and the order shows pending. I've tried calling since the 14th & get a busy signal or it just keeps ringing w/no answer! Left 4-5 messages on the pop-up leave message on order screen with no return. Called Brownells today 1 call placed order said order will be out by the end of this week! I know things are crazy lately but thumbs up to Bownells customer service and line of communication!
You are one of the fortunate few. After my experiences with them they will never see another penny
from me and I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anybody I'd want to remain friends with.
Glad your experience was a good one.
Well, I finally got everything. I got the two KRISS magazine extensions about two weeks ago, and I got the three G21 magazines I ordered this Monday.
I'm glad the experience is overwith and that they didn't mess anything up. God help anybody who has to get something 'fixed'.
So, just shy of 5 months with no worthwhile communication from them whatsoever.
Burned once, shame on them. There should be some kind of law requiring companies to show items as "out of stock" so that those of us who scour the net looking for a place that still has parts and isn't gouging on the prices know if we're buying something that will ship right away or not.
There's something inherently WRONG about taking what are probably THOUSANDS of orders for hard to find parts using a system that "suggests" there is no problem with availability. And, yes, I think it was purposely misleading.
Just to throw a "new to the forum" opinion in. After 5 months of no communication, no status updates, and no confirmation email. I told my credit card company to reverse charges. This is not bad customer service. This is criminal. What a garbage company. They have time to do custom jobs for rock bands, but can't fill a basic order. If I could shut them down all by my lonesome I would.
I've ordered a lot of stuff from glockstore with mostly good experiences... I agree it's annoying they don't clearly show (ahead of time) when something is back-ordered like a lot of the ammo sites do these days, but I can say that every time I've ordered something that was delayed I got an email (it was a generic form letter, but at least it was communication) setting my expectation.
That said, it was a one-time thing...and for some items that took forever to come there was no follow up. I always assumed it was because of the current political climate so didn't email or call...just waited patiently. It's starting to sound like a good thing I never tried!
I agree with the sentiments though...with so many sites that do offer good customer service and communicate effectively, it's probably better to avoid glockstore.
I've had two glock 19-10rd mags on order from February, I stopped calling and e-mailing them, still no word-who cares, I'm the quiet type, no yelling or screaming-I just walk away and won't do business with them again. There are a lot of other good Glock stores that give good service.
Aren't they also the Springfieldstore, com? I ordered 3- 9 rd 45 GAP mags in Jan. Cancelled the order mid April because Midway had them in stock and I had them in three days!!!!

I talked with customer service on Friday and my order had been cancelled for some reason, dont know why and he didnt either, he seemed quite upset about it. Anyway made the order again said it would be personally pulled and shipped this coming tuesday.
Been 5 months for me too - about $100 worth of "stuff." Had an urge and called and danged if they didn't answer the phone!! The 800# too!! Figured they'd just thrown my order away but the guy found it and said the parts were due in this week (right!) and that they'd be shipping it as soon as the parts came in.....we'll see.
They did say they hired a bunch of new employees...took long enough to figure that out but they did....and at least they haven't billed and said they won't until they ship.
So, now I wait and see if that's the truth or just a brush off.
I put an order in with glock meister 2 weeks ago for a pair of 23's with sequential serial numbers so I can give the match to my dad. I spoke with their customer service and explained what I was doing. Not only did they think it was an awesome idea but they would be more than willing to go that for me but it might be awhile. Today, 2 weeks to the day after I placed my order I got notice that they were in route to my ffl. They have been a great place to deal with and are excellent at communicating with customers on any issue.
Which brings me to the point of why I'm writing this. When I was doing around for this project I looked at glock store. They had a better price on the g23 but when I looked them up as a business they had terrible ratings across the board. I elected to pay more money because I had a good experience with glock meister. I was actually a little scared about what a saw about glock store. I know not all of it is true but there was enough to convince me to take my money elsewhere.
Just a quik message to papaduke you made a good choice to buy from someone other than the glockstore. As I have said in all my other postes they SUCK and they always WILL SUCK. Other than that I lost my dad in 2010 so I think that is so cool to buy your father and yourself matching GLOCKS. How cool I truly hope it works out for you guys.
Glockmeister is great - and they're FRIENDLY too. Even answer the phone and emails. IF...Glockmeister carried what I needed I'd have ordered from them in a heartbeat.
After all those months of no response, then a few weeks back getting through and being assured my order would be shipped "next week" (it wasn't) I get a Glockstore catalog in the mail today! And there's a great ad for the product they make, or have made, that I've had on order for six months.
Lenny - that is just sick. Wonderful letter to us all up front in the catalog about how the phones and computers crashed and how you added equipment and staff to keep up - AFTER months and months of not responding....but you're still lying to me...just tell me when my order is REALLY gonna ship - if ever.
Sending me a catalog to encourage me to endure this insanity again is just plain a waste of your money....
Glockstore HAS definitely gone 2 the crapper. Had no problems with previous orders, but the last 1 they DID NOT ship my 21 mag's or titanium striker BUT noted on the order form that the order was COMPLETE. Tried 2 call once, e mail twice & NOTHING ( been 3 weeks now ) on top of that they charged my card 4 $18.99 . For what ????? IDK but I'm pissed off with NOT getting an answer !!!! Like quite a few of U, I'm done !!!! 2 many other places 2 spend my money !! F them if that's how they treat customers ( & I'll B spreading the word NOT 2 shop there ) !!!!
Amazing! SIX MONTHS after I place my order the products show up. The weighted magazine bases in red to match my other red trim on the G26. Of course the shade of red doesn't match the other stuff...grumble....more of a maroon/red but I can live with it.
SIX MONTHS!
My first, and last, Glockstore order....and only because they were the only one to carry what I needed in "red."
Back to Glockmeister...
Someone working on their MBA could do a thesis on Lenny's business model and how it copes with "too much success."
Been out for a while with some issues - back to lurking the lists I'll read through all of the posts in this thread eventually - but just wanted to add my experience ASAP - as of 10 minutes ago, 7/1/13.
I ordered 8 mags from the Glock Store in DECEMBER of 2012. As the months ticked by, I would call - only to be told there was a backlog and they would be filled in the order they were received. OK - that's the way the country is now - ammo and mag hungry. They DID send me ONE mag in May, btw
Long story made short - I'm heading off to a class Saturday and NEED those mags. Well - I called and found out they had simply screwed up, i.e., they had to dig back to find my order in order to see they screwed up. MY point was they needed to "next day" ship me the remaining mags. They say no - not without an additional charge.
Folks, this is for THEIR mistake. What happened to customer service? (Yeh - I'm showing my age, just enetered the 7th decade
Rant mode off. Needless to say - order is cancelled and I will NEVER do business with them again. And - I told them I would tell each and every other shooter I know
Okay, I ordered one 17 rnd mag for my G17 back in January. I filled out their contact form to ask about the status of my order back in April and still have not heard anything from them. As far as I know they have stolen my money. I have no way to tell if they even have plans on shipping my order since they refuse to respond to my emails. I also have tried to call their phone number with no response. I'm thinking about contacting the Better Business Bureau. I would at least like my money back.

Did they already charge u? I thought they didn't charge your card until your item is ready to ship like most other companies. I'm unsure myself honestly. I don't remember being charged but my order was in January so Idk..
Placed my first/last Glockstore order in January. In May I sent them an email canceling the order since they decided not to ship it. Order arrived in June. I should've called my credit card to refuse any charges from them when I cancelled knowing they were a 2nd rate outfit. Never again.
Hey All, I just ordered a 22lb spring and guide rod from them on the 20th and just received a email from them saying they shipped it on the 26th. They must be swamped by customers? Unfortunately there aren't many gun stores here in CT, That deal in glock accessories.
