As nasty as that thing is, the back of that slide does lend it self to the eventuality of manufacturers milling 1911 slides to install a mini red dot sight like the FN.
Definately a one of a kind.
I would like to put a 100 rounds thru it, seems interesting. Not much you can do to the 1911 that has not been done, but this is new.
That's the great thing with 1911s, something for everyone. It's not my thing but some body put a lot of love in to it.

I see the sight radius has been almost cut in half for no apparent good reason. That's smart.

The slide lightening I get, but the shortened sight radius seems like a bad idea. Plus it's ugly as sin.
