Time to eat again! I always have a Thanksgiving Day sandwich before bed:

Turkey on a bagel, melted gouda cheese, cream cheese, thin sliced apple, salt/pepper. Washed down with an ice cold Coke.

    What's your leftover sandwich?

No turkey for me. I made prime rib for the family tonight. For lunch tomorrow, it's thinly sliced beef on toasted Italian bread, mayo, dijon mustard, red onion & tomato. Kosher baby pickles and German potato salad. Coors to wash it down. Hooaahhh!!!! ;c

    That would be...
White bread toasted with lotsa mayo (Hellman's of course)
white-meat turkey, stuffing(or dressing to some of you)
and thin slice of cranberry...OH YEAH! Big time yummers!

Very, very close to pizzaguy's recipe... I don't put any stuffing on mine, and I use sea salt and fresh ground black pepper on the turkey. Everything else is right on the money. :)

Seeing that I had to work on Thanksgiving, we did not cook and have no leftovers.

Would you mail me a sandwich with YOUR leftovers? :)

Sorry folks. I'm so sick of turkey that I've been cruising the
    backroads for road kill!

I mix turkey, dressing, and gravy all together and heat it up in the microwave. Then I put it on a bun...yum yum.

Now I gotta go make myself something to eat.^7
